Hi, I tried using the Export Instagram Comments and Posts actor on Apify. It works quite well overall, but I noticed that even when I set the limit to 1100 comments per post, it only fetches around 15 comments or fewer.

My issue it it seems to time out after 10 or 15 rows... is it purely the "timeout" doing this or is it maybe hitting the memory ceiling? Im stuck please help. I had a paid subscription until 4 September, today. So yesterday I asked the AI Chat Bot from Apify if canceling my subscriptions before the date means that I will lose all my credits + that my current scraping run will get cancelled.
The AI Chat Bot said no, so this is why I did. I canceled the subscription since, for me also it wouldn't make sense if I paid for a month of subscription, why wouldn't I get a full month of subscription, if I decided not to get billed the next month?
Yes, I contacted the support, but since I switched back to the basic plan, I'm concerned that the only response I will ever get is the one from the bot....
