Sometimes it takes long time to pull Docker image

We noticed, occasionally, it takes quite a while to start the Actor. It seems Pulling Docker image takes too long. Is there anyway you can improve this? thank you!

This is being worked on the platform level. On your side, keep your Dockerfiles small and standard (the same as in our templates)
