I am new to the discord and I am looking to hire an expert to develop a custom solution.
I need to develop a solution to scrap the url http://stats.customs.gov.cn/indexEn. The API should be able to respond to at least 500 consecutive requests without being interrupted by the website. For each request, the solution should follow the following steps:
STEP 1) Fill the inputs required by the form:
STEP 2) Validate Captcha
STEP 3) Download CSV file
