@vladdy @Pepa J I am not sue who handled and fixed this issue last time. But it seems like some deployment happened on around March 15 and KV billing issue got reintroduced. This issue is about external transfer billing being applied like so many times high ! I already had created quick POC which you can use to test out

Thank for reporting this issue and further information provided in PM so we may do further investigation.
This issue occurred for very small amount of users and we took steps to fix it. Since the last week this should be working as expected.
