Payment Failure

Hello, I tried to pay for subscription by received this message: "The supplied card data failed tokenization. Please ensure you have sufficient funds on your card".
Card has no problem. Any helps on this issue?

If you see the "The supplied card data failed tokenization. Please ensure you have sufficient funds on your card." error message while trying to add a payment method or cannot make a payment, and your card has enough funds and all the details are filled in correctly, we strongly recommend you to contact your bank for assistance or try a different payment method. Our platform accepts both credit and debit cards and PayPal as valid payment methods.

I called the bank and they said there is no problem with the card, the card also has enough funds on it.
I will try again tomorrow.
