Reduce time between "PlaywrightCrawler: Starting the crawler." and the "requestHandler"

hey @everyone, long time no see 👋 Announcing some quick updates to our server: **Built by the community section** As Apify's commitment to support the creator community, we have dedicated this channel for builders of the tools which are helping our creators to build Actors. With full disclaimer, the sole purpose of these channels is to give a space to builders and to showcase it to y'all, and we leave this up to you to analyse if it is useful for you or not. The owners of the tools will soon make a post to announce this and you can check them out. 🫶 I have one more important announcement to make. In order to make our server **ZERO spam tolerant**, we have setup <#1511670934262644797> channel. **Anyone who messages anything in this channel will be permanently banned by the bot** The goal of this channel is to capture the spam and bot accounts spamming each of the possible channel in the server and making it annoying for everyone else.
