Change:
Starting next month, the payout invoice generation will be scheduled for the 14th of each month. As a result, next payout invoice you’ll see in Apify Console will be available on May 14.
You’ll have 7 days, until the 21st of each month, to approve or dispute the generated payout invoice. If no action is taken by you, the payout will be automatically approved on the 21st. Once approved, the funds will be transferred to your designated account during the last week of the month, shortly after the 21st.
Reason:
The reason for this change is to provide additional time to verify the payout data, particularly in cases where your Actor might be used by fraudulent users who do not pay their invoices. This issue has been increasingly observed in the past couple of months. We believe this new schedule will lead to a more accurate payout process, though it will delay the fund transfer by a week compared to the current schedule, for which we apologize.
