I also encountered a similar issue once; it was because my test cases didn't pass on the platform. You can change this status yourself in the Settings tab.

Yes, it did. Actually, my actor ran but may return 0 results because of which it's marked under maintenance.

i have done both, thanks! from next time use the email that you get after your actor fails automatic test to submit a request and our team will do it.
