Why can't I view the details of user feedback runs
I received feedback from a user who couldn't be using my Actor, he provided me with the id of the runs but I can't see them, it shows
Oops, the run you are looking for could not be found.
Is this page broken? Let us know at support@apify.com.

I want to make sure that after I get the id, how should I check it? Not just copy it directly to the browser like something like https://console.apify.com/actors/actor/runs/id

You can open anyone's run that way, as long as you know the run ID

Unfortunately, I don't think we can further help with this as the run id is probably invalid.
