You can not publish an Actor
Hi! I can't Publish my Actor, Even though I purchased the creator plan

I had the same problem yesterday, and I have contacted the support via the chat support, they responded today and told me that they have implemented a temporarily security feature that prevents bots from creating actors, once they have verified that you are not a bot!! you will be able to publish as many actors as you want.
they solved it anyway and now I can publish my actor.
Just contact the support and they will help you out!
