Trying to subscribe and the billing is denied
Hi, we are trying to upgrade to a paid solution and we can't get the payment through. We checked the billing details and contacted the card company, and there was no issues from their end. They said that there was no payment attempt from Apify. Can you please assist with this issue?

1. Can you please share the error message You got (if any is available)?
2. When did you try to make the payment/subscribe? If it was yesterday, could you try again today? Our team informed me that there were some temporary payment issues yesterday (approx between 13:00 and 18:00 Central Europe Time).
