Pricing clarification!
Hello, everyone. I recently joined and started using Scrapper. I have a quick question: I have already paid $39 for the "strater" subscription. I haven't used it fully yet as i am still exploring the scrapper , learning etc , could you please let me know if I may cancel my starter (delete my credit card recurring payment). Will I still be able to use my remaining credits? Or will it be cancelled, preventing me from using it as planned? Can somebody help me with that, how does it works?

Someone will reply to you shortly. In the meantime, this might help:
I would think that you would be able to use your remaining credits. I am not an Apify employee and haven't tested it though.
Hi @SJ(Jena),
The subscription is pre-paid for 1 month. So if you remove your credit card, it will not affect the already pre-paid credits. Also after the current billing period runs out, and (without credit card) you'ill be switched to free tier for the next month.
@Pepa J Thanks for your reply.
On the free tier i am still able to use my remaining pre-paid credits of the previous month?
Asking because i would like to use my credits optimal ways on my development/ testing phase.
Once we go live , we can have a proper subscription every month.
No, your credits reset every month. They do not carry over.
I saw an ad saying something like, if I develop and share then I may qualify for $500 of free credits. Is that true?
Yes, that's true. It's called the creator plan: https://apify.com/pricing/creator-plan?fpr=7p4wu

Introducing Creator Plan · Apify
Prefer building your own Actors over using tools from Apify Store? Start saving now and switch to our brand new plan aimed at developers.
But this credit can't be used for running other peoples actors, just few basic ones created by Apify guys and usable for developing, and your own actors of course.
my university (who will pay for my apify service) wants to see an invoice with direct payment information. They do not want to have me sign in via my username to have to pay. anyone know if that is possible? they don't like doing reimbursements
