There are now 4 tiers you can define different pricing for:
- FREE
- BRONZE (Starter plan users)🥉
- SILVER (Scale plan users) 🥈
- GOLD (Business plan users) 🥇
What are the benefits of tiered pricing for developers?
- Better pricing for large customers. No negotiation is needed, which reduces friction and improves retention.
- Lower platform costs for higher tiers, resulting in better profit margins.
- At the same time, you can raise the price for the free tier to help reduce spam usage.
- Better placement on the Apify Store homepage. Tiered pricing Actors get higher rankings than non-tiered ones.
We recommend offering progressively lower prices for higher tiers. This approach can significantly increase the appeal of your Actor to enterprise customers, who may spend thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars.
