MY PAID ACCOUNT + ACTORS THAT I USE TO RUN MY COMPANY WAS LOST AND SUPPORT IS IGNORING ME FOR A WEEK

I just upgraded again paid $40 just for someone to answer! My account just randomly got recreated as a personal, and all my actors are gone!!!!! yeah thats what ive been told LMAO support team is NOT speaking to me jsut so you know, youre the 2nd person who said support is speaking to me so they wil leave me alone and no one from support has answered me so thats just an amazing stall tactic yet again. i hav to pay rent in 10 days ok they working on it thanks im waiting
