I had a paid subscription until 4 September, today. So yesterday I asked the AI Chat Bot from Apify if canceling my subscriptions before the date means that I will lose all my credits + that my current scraping run will get cancelled.
The AI Chat Bot said no, so this is why I did. I canceled the subscription since, for me also it wouldn't make sense if I paid for a month of subscription, why wouldn't I get a full month of subscription, if I decided not to get billed the next month?
Yes, I contacted the support, but since I switched back to the basic plan, I'm concerned that the only response I will ever get is the one from the bot.
