I am trying to buy a subscription but I am getting an error: "There is a problem with your payment method. Please contact support@apify.com for help.”

Does anyone know what to do?

Hi @Daniel K. the best people to help with payment issues are the Support team, so please email them support@apify.com for assistance. Feel free to copy in community@apify.com so I can track the issue.

Hi Ella, many thanks for your reply. I emailed the yesterday already (that's why I didn't set you as CC) but it says it might take up to a week to get a response. Tbh, I just opened a new account

Ok no worries! Would you be able to follow up with them asking them to delete the account that you had issues with? Our T&C state one account per person, so I would hate for this situation to result in you having your "good" account impacted in some way.

Alternatively, if you prefer to share the email for the non-functioning one with me, I can pass that info onto them.
