Why is the default "apify-actor-start" not shown as a one-time event?

I was expecting it to be shown as in this example for another actor:

And it is really a shame that you can't edit the monetization once you set it.

Thanks. It is my first time with a PPE actor, so I don't know what is expected and what is not.

The event is marked one time if it was charged only once in last X (I think 50) runs. But in this case it should be hardcoded.
