Why the default "apify-actor-start" not

Why is the default "apify-actor-start" not shown as a one-time event?

I was expecting it to be shown as in this example for another actor:

And it is really a shame that you can't edit the monetization once you set it.

The event is marked one time if it was charged only once in last X (I think 50) runs. But in this case it should be hardcoded.

any way to know if the number is actually 50? right now we have actors that only have a 1 event per run and charge $2 but pricing says $2,000/1,000 which users do not want to run because its intimidating. any way to bypass this?
