Thanks for sharing the timeline here. This is reflective of a heavy backlog of support requests, and unfortunately the way the system is set up it means that the higher plans join the queue ahead of you.
I agree that 6 weeks (August 21 to October 3) is a long time to wait for a response. Please share your issues with me in DM so I can follow up for you.
