Youd said you need to find the name, company and domain. Usually the user enters the domain and name. Will be hard to get the correct person without the company or domain. Getting the person. company, domain etc is not that problem. You can scrape the page and also compare it with linkedin.
But I'm not sure about the email. As far as I know there is no way to really know if an email exists. You can try some SMTP telnet calls but I'm sure that modern mail server presents the disclosure of active email addresses.
But somehow it has to work because I tested snov.io and their "find email feature" and it looks like they doing the same but not sure how they validate it at the end
