my actor has been depreciated and I cannot remove this flag

The actor I built actor has been set to depreciated by Apify. the Actor works correctly. I cannot remove this flag. I’ve tried removing the depreciated flag via the publication tab and via the API. I receive the error message attached. Please could you advise me in what to do. The actor has paying users. I’ve rebuilt the actor and checked that it’s working correctly. This has happen about 7 days ago. I’ve tried removing the flag many times. I’ve tried contacting support via the chat feature on the website 3 times without a response.
