Active running jobs that block RAM Limit but are not found in Runs overview

I tried to run a saved task with my api, but the task was getting stuck. When checking on the website, I saw one task running for a long time and nothing happening. I aborted it and tried to run a new 1024 mb ram task, but it says my limit of 8gb was reached. When I hover over the limit I can see 7 tasks that were started, but they are not visible in my Runs overview. I am concerned I am being charged for them and they keep me from running new tasks. Under Actors it says Total runs 15, but when I check the runs I can only see 8

Hi @kai.vg- thanks for sharing this issue. I think it's related to the AWS outages we have been experiencing today. Services are starting to come back online now, so AWS is clearing their backlog and that should allow us to resume normal functioning soon. Please review your account later on today and report back if you're still encountering the same issue....
