If I set my actor to PPE and the user

If I set my actor to PPE and the user enforces a max cost per run, what will actually happen to the run when this limit is reached?
Let's say my only event is the number of rows returned, will it simply not show the rows beyond the limit of the max cost per run?

Just tested this myself. It doesn't. It will charge the user whatever they input and the actor keeps running beyond that limit. I suppose I have to add this to the code
