A few users have left negative reviews on my actor. I tried replying to them to offer assistance, but I wasn’t able to get a response. I suspect they may have taken advantage of the review system to damage the reputation of my actor. I reported this a few days ago, but I haven’t received any feedback from your team yet. Could you please help me with this?
