My actor has received several negative
My actor has received several negative reviews, and I believe the reviewers may be abusing the review system to damage its reputation. I reported this through your console interface, but even after a week, I still have not received any response.
I then contacted Ella on Discord for support, but I feel that her statements were inconsistent. You can check the screenshots below to see our conversation. Ella said that my actor had issues, but she could not tell me what those issues were, while my backend shows no errors at all.

For record, both of us on same time cannot support you.
Ella statement are not inconsistent its perfectly right.
Please talk with her about the situation. She is best in this or you can go and report the reviews and get it done through there as she suggested.
Reviews are tricky. Rather than forcing us to delete, please listen to users and implement changes in the readme, actor, and docs.
Nobody can leave -ve reviews for nothing, we ban people for spamming, no mercy.
If people ran the Actor and left the review, there is nothing much we can do in it.
My advice would be respond to every negative review plus offer solution publicly, I have good experience with that and despite some of my actors having low reviews from incompetent users, those actors are still being used by other people who know how to use them and understand where the bad reviews come from 😉
