Thank you. We note that the Actor has been renamed, the Arkham logo removed, and a non-affiliation disclaimer added.
Those changes do not resolve Arkham’s objection to the continued operation of the Actor as a paid product that collects, packages, and distributes Arkham-derived outputs to third parties.
The Actor continues to represent that it can export Arkham entity labels, tags, wallet intelligence, historical data, balances, loan and portfolio data, volume and P&L data, including source-response payloads, through Apify datasets, exports, scheduled runs, and APIs.
Arkham does not authorize that commercial activity.
Your use of Apify as a hosting, execution, and marketplace platform does not make Apify the sole party responsible for the Actor’s operation. This notice is directed to your own conduct as the Actor’s publisher and operator, including the creation, maintenance, monetisation, and provision of access to the Actor and its outputs.
Arkham therefore expects a direct response from you. Arkham expressly reserves all rights against you and any other person or entity involved in the operation, promotion, monetisation, or distribution of this or any substantially similar Arkham-focused tool.
We ask that you voluntarily disable and unpublish the Actor, and cease offering substantially similar Arkham-focused tools, by 1500 UTC on 3 July 2026.
