Instagram Actors facing Internet issue
General🖥️PlatformHi Apify Support Team,
We’re currently experiencing an issue across our Instagram scrapers where the actors are unable to establish an internet connection to Instagram.
The issue appears to be related to the network/proxy layer, as the scraper fails when attempting to navigate to Instagram with the following error:
Actor logs:
Code exception: Page.goto: net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED at https://www.instagram.com/
Call log:
navigating to "https://www.instagram.com/", waiting until "domcontentloaded"
We are seeing this issue specifically with our Instagram scrapers, and it is preventing the actors from accessing Instagram altogether.
We have also attached an inline screenshot of the actor logs/error for reference.
Could you please investigate whether there is currently an issue with Apify's proxy/network infrastructure affecting connections to Instagram? If there are any recommended configuration changes or known incidents related to ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED, please let us know.
This is affecting our production actors, so we would appreciate it if the team could look into this as soon as possible.
