@Lukas Krivka @ellativity Hello Lukas and Ella,
Last night, when I tried to log in to my Apify account, I received the message: “Your account was disabled. Contact support@apify.com.”
I immediately contacted Apify Support as instructed. They asked me to provide additional information for identity verification, which I have already provided. I was then informed that my case may take 2–3 weeks to be reviewed.
I completely understand that the Apify Support team has a large number of tickets to handle, but I would really appreciate it if you could help escalate or facilitate a quicker review, as this is quite urgent. Many users are already reaching out to me asking why the Actors they rely on are no longer working, and unfortunately, I’m currently unable to access my account to investigate or resolve the issues.
I have been a long-time Apify publisher. When I started using Apify, there were only around 4,000 Actors on the platform. Since then, I have contributed around 1,000 Actors to the Apify ecosystem, and thousands of users are currently relying on them.
I believe the deactivation may have been triggered by an automated system, as I was not given any prior warning or specific explanation. I’m fully willing to cooperate with the Support team and resolve anything that may have caused the issue.
