💼 LinkedIn Jobs Scraper - FREE & Bulk ...
Free LinkedIn jobs scraper the fields the paid ones leave empty
I was shopping for a LinkedIn job scraper and found 49 on the Apify Store, all pay-per-result,
from $0.40 to $2.00 per 1,000 jobs. Before writing anything I bought runs on the two biggest
and diffed their output against the public job page.
What both of them returned empty:
- salary (it's published on plenty of postings)
- the recruiter who posted the job (name + profile link, right there on the page)
- benefit badges, company ID
What one of them got wrong:
-
signed-in users, so the honest answer is null not a link that points back to LinkedIn.
- posting date rebuilt from the phrase "5 months ago" and rounded to the 1st of that month,
when the page states the exact date.
- job function reported under a field named
One other thing worth knowing if you're writing your own: LinkedIn's public job search accepts
several filters and then ignores them. Employment type, experience level, workplace type,
salary band, industry, function and sort order all come back identical to an unfiltered
request. I checked each one against a control parameter with a made-up name same bytes. So
if your scraper "supports" those filters by passing them upstream, it isn't filtering anything.
Mine applies them to the parsed data instead.
Free, 44 fields, no login or cookies. Takes a pasted search URL, a single job link, or plain
keywords + locations (it resolves locations and company names itself, so no hunting for
numeric IDs). Measured at 25 jobs in 11 seconds for $0.0015 of platform usage.
