Actor promotion with Google ads

HI all, in order to promote my Actor, I started a small google ads campaign. However, to track the viewers on the Actor page: https://apify.com/invideoiq/video-transcript-scraper I need to add a html tag. But I don't think I can do that in Readme or the actor settings. Maybe in the description ? I appreciate your help
