Can not join the trial of any Actor???

Hello everyone. I am a paid user of Apify. Previously, I could try some actors in trial mode till I found that Actor worked. Now the feature / button seems gone for me. There is no way I can try any actor at all. How to solve this problem? Please share your experiences. Try to contact support through the platform, but it seemed not working at all.
