Should I limit the maximum number of results that can be scraped in one request?

Hi, I just viewed a user's run of my actor. This user requested to scrape over 6k records. However, when I checked this run, I saw this message. Does this mean I should create a limitation on user input to restrict the total output records (to below 1.6k)? My actor is set to the "pay per result" payment type, and users are not charged for extra results.
