unable to by pass Imperva/Incapsula

A community member is trying to bypass Imperva security measures on the website https://www.fpl.com/my-account/pay-online.html#payOnline, but is unable to do so despite trying various techniques like puppeteer+ stealth, head full + xvfb, playwright + stealth, and ghost-cursor. They have found some cookies (___utmvc and reese84) but are unable to make them work. The community member is running this inside a Docker container and is seeking help from the community.
